I would like to have my child (age 0-6) baptized

We are overjoyed to welcome your baby into the Catholic Faith! To have your child baptized, please:

• Complete the required Infant Baptism Registration Form

• Complete the required Godparent Application Form

• Attend a baptism preparation meeting (parents & Godparents)

  • Next meeting: August 27, 2022 at 9:30 am.

• Submit:

  • A copy of your child's birth certificate

  • A copy of the Godparent’s confirmation certificate and marriage certificate (if married)

  • Schedule your child's baptism

I would like to have my child over age 7 baptized

For children ages 7 to 18 see the Rite of Christian Initiation for Children (RCIC) page.

I would like to be baptized as an adult

For adults 18 years and older see the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) page.
